Hot brew: 1 tea bag per person, in 100°C water, for 3-5 mins depending on strength of taste. With or without milk or milk alternative.
Iced tea: Brew 2 tea bags per 100ml of boiling water for 5 minutes. Allow to cool, then top up with about 200-300ml of cool water to dilute. Add ice and garnish to taste. Delicious with orange slices.
These were really nice, they made me think of strawberry cake. It wasn't overly fruity like a fruit tea would be, but there was a hint of sweetness that went well with the flavour of the rooibos.
