Hot brew: 1 to 2 teaspoons, in 100°C water, for 3-5 mins depending on strength of taste. With or without milk or milk alternative.
Iced tea: Brew 1 to 2 teaspoons per 100ml of boiling water for 5 minutes. Allow to cool, then top up with about 200-300ml of cool water to dilute. Add ice and garnish to taste. Delicious with orange slices.
