Great service & a lovely set

The delivery was quick and received regular updates throughout. Really impressed with the set, it is beautiful. I struggled with which set to choose because i like them all so I'm sure ill be ordering again with a different design in future. I also ordered some tea to go with it which is delicious! Really happy, thank you!

Fantastic set and great service!

The bowls (Ikagai set) are beautifully crafted and substantial, the matcha (which we also purchased at the same time) is delicious and the ceramic holder makes it easy to wash and store the whisk. Using this set feels really special and ceremonial, on par with the experience of drinking matcha in Japan! I look forward to my afternoon matcha latte every day now. The speed of delivery was so fast especially as it needed a quick turn around for a birthday gift. There were some stock limitations when we placed the order but we were contacted straight away and offered a solution (which turned out to be better than my initial order) which was very much appreciated. Great customer service. Thank you!
