Orders received Monday to Friday are despatched within 24 hours. Most orders received before 1pm are posted on the same day. Orders received after 1pm on Monday to Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays are posted the next working day.
Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been despatched.
Any orders returned, including orders returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or failed collection from access points (such as UPS Access Points or Royal Mail depots) will be refunded in full, less the shipping and handling charges. Refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your item and find it eligible for a return. Refunds are applied to the original payment option.

We are not shipping to Europe or Internationally at this time.
We offer a 30 days return policy. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product(s) must be in perfect, unused condition and in their unopened original packaging. Please note we cannot accept food products if they have been opened. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.
Extended Christmas Returns: Returns for all orders placed between November 1st to December 23rd, will be extended to January 31st, 2022.

Your name, Order number, Address & Reason for return.
Once the product(s) is received we will refund the price of the product(s) in full, back to your original method of payment, within three working days.
If the return was caused by an error by us, we will reimburse your shipping costs. We recommend that your carrier gives you a ‘proof of delivery’ as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
