Shipping Policy

Orders received Monday to Friday are despatched within 24 hours. Most orders received before 1pm are posted on the same day. Orders received after 1pm on Monday to Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays are posted the next working day.

Orders are posted using Royal Mail, Hermes or Courier. 

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been despatched.

Royal Mail Next Working Day UK Shipping - £11.00 (Delivery next working day, if ordered before 12 noon on a weekday)

Royal Mail Saturday Shipping - £16.00 (Delivery Saturday, if ordered before 12 noon on a Friday)

Standard Shipping (Delivery 3-5+ working days) - £15.00

Priority Shipping (Delivery 1-3 working days) - £45.00

Rest Of The Word Delivery

*We aim to ship your order within 24 hours or less (during week days). Please ensure you send us your complete address and telephone number for International Shipping. Any delays caused in contacting you for your contact information will delay your order being shipped.

Returns Policy

We offer a 30 days return policy. To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be in perfect, unused condition and in their unopened original packaging. Please note we cannot accept food products if they have been opened. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.

If you wish to return your product please email us with the following information:

Your name, Order number, Address & Reason for return.

Once the product(s) is received we will refund the price of the product(s) in full, back to your original method of payment, within three working days.

If the return was caused by an error by us, we will reimburse your shipping costs. We recommend that your carrier gives you a ‘proof of delivery’ as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
